Became a sole practitioner in 2006 and is currently practicing in Oakville. Appointments Appointed by the Council of the City of Toronto in 2006 to be a member of the Election Compliance Audit Committee. The Committee conducted hearings in 2007 under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. Retained as Acting Town Solicitor for the Town of Aurora in the fall of 2008 to the spring of 2009. Appointed by the Council of the City of Toronto to the 2010 Election Compliance Audit Committee. Appointed to the Joint Audit Compliance Committee for the Towns of Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Richmond Hill, Whitchurch-Stouffville and the Township of King.
